This review is for Paul Rosales for stepping up in customer service. I had a frustrating experience purchasing online where my item was cxld by Jen at Los Angles apparel hours after i ordered with no explanation or effort to possibly change a color or size, Jen in the shipping department was dismissive and lacked any basic qualities of retail and customer service knowledge. She made me feel like my purchase/money didn’t matter.After that lack of concern I canceled my entire order because i was frustrated with her and then decided that Jen needs to be taught how to properly address company order issues so that others don’t experience this lack of enthusiasm for her job. So when i called Paul answered and took the time to listen to why i was frustrated and why i thought my experience could have been better. It wasn't his department nor his responsibility as he is in wholesale. Regardless Paul saved this transaction and experience for me. Jen in the shipping department needs on going training if the company wants her to send emails to customers. Thank You Paul for solving an issue that wasn’t yours quickly.
